Here's the fourteenth picture:

My response:
Looking into the mirror, she recognised the woman on the right as the woman on her right, but she had no idea who the woman on the left was.
It's quite Stephen King-y, here, in your neck of the woods. A hauntingly good take, Dave!
ReplyDeleteYour second story is fab, too! (Methinks those two girlies would do well with sock puppets-- they've certainly got the hand-pose down! LOL!)

Oh, these are both so clever! In fact, I'd go so far as to say these are superb! I had to read each of them twice before I "got" them. The first one reminded me of Tom Sawer and Huck Finn attending their own funeral in the book "Tom Sawyer."
ReplyDeleteBoth are quirky, tantalising stories tending to play a few mind games! Very clever!
ReplyDeleteGreat Micros! Second one made me chuckle :O)
ReplyDeleteVery funny. The first one is my favourite.
ReplyDeleteI loved both of them. The second got me giggling. Bravo!
ReplyDeleteI'm new to this: Irony

ReplyDeleteSPOOKY! (And very good!)
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed both of your MMs this week. And I'd like to read the rest of that epitaph...
ReplyDeleteHave a great week ahead. Cheers!
Both are wonderful and terribly clever!
ReplyDeleteBoth are clever. I had to re-read the first one a couple of times to get it. Loved it. :O)
ReplyDeleteYou are all too kind.
ReplyDeleteThank you all again for reading.
